NOTE! You don’t necessarily have access to modify FTP accounts. If you don’t find options mentioned in instructions in your control panel and you have a need to do such modifications, contact our customer service: helpdesk@easylinehost.com.

• Log in to the Control Panel (Click here for instructions on how to log in).
• In the ‘Websites & Domains’ tab, you’ll find the ‘FTP access’ link, which allows you to modify accounts.

• Click ‘Manage access’ from the pop-up window. ​

• Now you can modify the account’s username, password, and other things.
• Click ‘Save’ on the bottom of the window when done.
